I’ve already commented on Boiler Tech Solutions’s Facebook page …..before I found this page….but I want to sing his praises here as well ! This afternoon I stopped in to see his store again ( …the third time….) and while browsing I happened to strike up a conversation with him, and I mentioned a severe/serious problem I have been struggling with for many days…. In less than 60 seconds he ” gave ” me the solution. He could have said… Bring it in, and let me look at it….” !!! …but he didn’t…. What he really did was gain a new/ true friend who will sing his praises to any troubled computer owner I meet ! …and he will see me bring my iMac in for a Ram upgrade and overall tuneup when he unlocks the front door at 10am tomorrow morning….
